Our tips for applying your Decostick 3D adhesive tiles.
To apply your Decostick 3D adhesive tiles in your kitchen, bathroom or toilet, you do not need any tools or help from an artisan! Simplicity is central to our concept and it will boost your creativity, that’s for sure!
Before you start, simply make sure that the surface to be covered is clean and dry. As a precautionary measure, use a soft cloth and a degreasing agent on the wall and leave it to dry completely. Decostick 3D adhesive tiles can be placed directly onto existing tiles or onto a smooth* surface. Our adhesive products are ready to use. No need to get someone to remove the existing tiles or fill the joints the next day, the result is immediate.

In practice, we simply advise you to mark a point using a pencil to identify a perfect alignment of the tiles.
Next, get your Decostick 3D adhesive wall tile and gently remove the protective film on the back. Apply according to your pencil marks and smooth the surface using the palm of your hand. Start in the middle and press down towards the edges to get rid of any air bubbles. Repeat as necessary until you have decorated the width and/or length of your wall or backsplash. No need to let it dry, you can enjoy your new decoration right away. As well as being ultra-resistant, our 3D adhesive wall tiles are also easy to clean: wipe with a sponge and you’re done!
*Do not apply onto fresh paint. Wait at least 3 weeks to make sure that the paint is perfectly dry. Do not apply on a “dry” unprimed surface, such as a plaster wall.
Do not use on flooring. Do not cover entirely. If you use our tiles as a backsplash in a kitchen near a gas cooker without a protective metal plate, leave a safety zone of 20 cm in height without any tiles, so that they are not directly exposed to open flames.
